Getting Your Shears to Hello.

We expertly service shears for hair industry professionals throughout Canada and the USA.

  2. At time of booking, you will be charged a return shipping fee. Orders of 2 or more pairs will receive FREE return shipping.
  3. Wrap your shears in a protective covering and place in a padded envelope or box.
  4. Ship to us via your preferred traceable carrier to: Hello Scissor Co.

  5. Your shears will be serviced and return shipped back to you within 24 hours of receiving them via Canada Post or UPS (tracking number provided via email)

Customers are responsible for the shipping cost to send their shears to Hello Scissor Co. A return shipping fee is charged at time of booking. Return shipping is FREE for two or more pairs.

We restore sharpness and balance to your shears within 24 hours of receiving them.

Shear repairs may require more time depending on the condition and repair needed.

* 24 hour return does not include shipping time - return shipping time will depend on where in Canada you are located.

Wrap your shears securely in a scissor case or soft material and place them in a bubble mailer or box.   

Be sure to secure the blades with a rubber band or cardboard to protect them.
